Ownership

THHFW Front Desk — its source code, database design, interface and documentation — was designed and written by Drew Muringani, trading as Creatively Drew, who retains all intellectual property rights.

Licence

T H N IT Solutions 3 (Pty) Ltd t/a The Helping Hand Financial Wellness receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for its own operations. It may not be sold, sublicensed, copied for other businesses or modified without written consent. A retainer for support and updates may be introduced on 60 days' written notice under a separate signed agreement.

Data

All client, staff and operational data belongs to THHFW, which is the responsible party under POPIA. Creatively Drew acts as an operator and processes data only on THHFW's instructions.

Use

Accounts are personal. Actions — including sign-ins, edits, overrides, full-ID views and exports — are logged and may be reviewed by oversight users.
